About Arabian Edge

Built to do one thing properly.

Arabian Edge was founded to create a structured, transparent, and legally protected pathway between trusted professional networks in the UK and Europe, and premium property investment opportunities in the UAE.

Our Story

The problem we set out to solve.

For years, professionals who regularly met high-net-worth individuals with genuine interest in UAE property had no reliable, structured way to act on those conversations. Introductions were made informally, commissions were promised verbally, and circumvention — intentional or otherwise — was common.

Arabian Edge was built to fix this. Every introduction made through the platform is timestamped, legally attributed, and protected by a countersigned DocuSign agreement before any client contact is made. Commission entitlements are written into the agreement — not discussed informally.

We work with a carefully selected developer partner across Dubai and Abu Dhabi's most sought-after locations, and we are selective about who joins the network. The quality of every introduction reflects on every member.

Jessica Moore

Arabian Edge FCZA

Jessica founded Arabian Edge having identified a clear and persistent gap in the market: the professionals most likely to know individuals who wanted to invest in UAE property — wealth managers, luxury hospitality directors, private members club operators, prestige motor professionals — had no reliable, compliant way to monetise those introductions.

Having developed her own networks across the UK and the UAE, and working directly with developer partners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, she built the infrastructure to make those introductions work: legal agreements, a digital platform, and a clear commission structure that rewards trust-based referrals properly.

The platform generated over AED 70 million in property transactions in its first month of operation through her existing professional network — before any formal introducer programme was in place. Arabian Edge is the formalisation of what was already working.
