1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing arabian-edge.com or the Arabian Edge member portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. The Platform
Arabian Edge FCZA operates a private introducer platform connecting approved professional introducers with premium UAE property developments. Access to the platform is by application only and is subject to approval.
3. Introducer Obligations
As a registered introducer, you agree to: submit only genuine introductions from individuals who have expressed interest in UAE property; obtain appropriate consent before submitting any client's personal data; not circumvent Arabian Edge in any transaction arising from an introduction you have submitted; and comply with all applicable regulations governing your professional activities.
You acknowledge that commission entitlements are governed by your individual commission protection agreement, not by these Terms of Use.
4. No Financial Advice
Arabian Edge does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes a recommendation to invest in UAE property. Introducers and their clients should conduct their own independent due diligence.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on arabian-edge.com, including text, images, and design, is the property of Arabian Edge FCZA and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Arabian Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the terms of your individual introducer agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
